Invisibility Treaty triumphs as an intimate and thoughtful collection of testimonies and experiences of women who clean public spaces in Mexico City. This documentary highlights the precariousness of women working in the cleaning industry, while exploring the concept of invisibility through documentary, fiction and still photography.

Este documental resalta la precariedad de las mujeres que trabajan en la industria de la limpieza, al tiempo que explora el concepto de invisibilidad a través del documental, la ficción y la fotografía fija.

Luciana Kaplan is an Argentinian-Mexican documentary filmmaker known for her impactful work in the field of documentary cinema. With a degree in Film Direction from the Centro de Capacitación Cinematográfica (CCC) in Mexico, she has directed several acclaimed documentaries, including Rush Hour and La Vocera, both of which have won prestigious awards globally. Luciana has also served as the Coordinator of the Documentary Program at CCC and directed the Ambulante post-production grants. Currently, she is a fellow of the Sistema Nacional de Creadores de Arte and has completed her fourth feature documentary, Tratado de Invisibilidad.
Luciana Kaplan is known for 1982 (2008), Rush Hour (2018), La revolución de los alcatraces (2013) and La Vocera (2020).
